How PubVance collects, uses and protects information across the PubVance and PubVance Pro apps.

1. Information We Collect

Depending on which app you use, PubVance may collect:

Device information such as a device identifier, used to validate engagement and prevent duplicate or fraudulent activity.
Usage information such as links created, clicks received, and engagement flow completion, used to calculate analytics and earnings.
Provider account information such as name, contact email, and payout details (UPI ID, bank account, or PayPal email) submitted when requesting a withdrawal.
Support communications when you contact us by email.

The PubVance user app does not require account creation and is designed to collect only what is necessary to complete the engagement flow and deliver the destination link.

2. How We Use Information

To operate and improve PubVance and PubVance Pro.
To track valid engagement and calculate provider earnings.
To detect and prevent duplicate, invalid, or fraudulent activity.
To process withdrawal requests and provider support queries.
To communicate important updates about your account or the platform.

3. Data Sharing

PubVance does not sell personal information. Limited data may be shared with payment processors solely to complete withdrawal requests, and with service providers who help operate the platform, under confidentiality obligations. We may also disclose information where required by law.

4. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information handled by PubVance. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention

We retain account, wallet and engagement data for as long as needed to operate the platform, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. You can request account deletion at any time from our Delete Account page.

6. Your Choices & Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your provider account data by contacting support or using the Delete Account page. Depending on your location, additional rights may apply under local law.

7. Children's Privacy

PubVance is not directed at children and is not intended for use by anyone below the minimum age required by applicable law in their country.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "last updated" date.
