The terms that govern your use of PubVance and PubVance Pro.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using PubVance or PubVance Pro, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the apps.

2. Description of Service

PubVance provides a link monetization platform consisting of two apps: PubVance, which lets users open shared short links and complete a required engagement flow to access destination content, and PubVance Pro, which lets providers create short links, track performance and request withdrawals of eligible earnings.

3. Provider Accounts & Eligibility

Provider accounts are created within PubVance Pro. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. PubVance may review, approve, limit, or suspend provider accounts that violate these terms or show signs of invalid, duplicate, or fraudulent activity.

4. Earnings & Withdrawals

Providers may earn wallet credit based on eligible valid engagement on their PubVance links, at rates that may vary by country and are set by PubVance. Wallet credit is not guaranteed income and depends on actual valid engagement. Withdrawals can be requested once the wallet balance reaches the applicable minimum ($10), and approved withdrawals are processed via the supported payout methods shown in the app. PubVance may review withdrawal requests before approval.

5. Prohibited Activity

You may not use bots, automated tools, click farms, incentivized or fraudulent traffic, duplicate devices, or any method designed to artificially inflate clicks or engagement. PubVance uses device identifiers and duplicate-detection rules to identify such activity, and may withhold earnings or suspend accounts associated with invalid activity.

6. Intellectual Property

The PubVance name, logo, and app content are the property of PubVance and its operators. You may not copy, reproduce, or reverse-engineer the apps except as permitted by applicable law.

7. Termination

PubVance may suspend or terminate access to either app for violations of these terms, suspected fraud, or legal/regulatory reasons. You may stop using the apps and request account deletion at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

PubVance is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PubVance is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including any loss of anticipated earnings.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of PubVance or PubVance Pro after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
